Merbau

A classic choice for outdoor timber work. Merbau is naturally resistant to rot, insects, and the elements, making it one of the most popular timbers for external stairs across Australia. Its deep reddish-brown tones add warmth to any outdoor setting.

Blackbutt

One of Australia’s most trusted hardwood species. Blackbutt is known for its straight grain, pale golden colour, and outstanding durability. It performs exceptionally well outdoors and takes stains and coatings beautifully.

Spotted Gum

A stunning native Australian hardwood with a distinctive wavy grain and rich earthy tones. Spotted Gum is tough, naturally durable, and looks incredible as an external staircase.
