We deliver external timber stairs to customers across the Central Coast region of NSW. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process, lead times, and what to expect when your order arrives.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to the Central Coast region of NSW. We can deliver outside the Central Coast but this is charged separately and will be quoted based on postcode after sale. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, give us a call on 0416 046 210 or send us an email and we will confirm.


Lead Times

Once your order is placed, we will get to work preparing your staircase to your exact specifications. Lead times vary depending on the timber species, tread count, and current order volume.

Most orders are ready for delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

We will always be in touch to confirm your delivery timeframe after your order is placed.


Delivery of Flat Pack Orders

Flat pack stairs are delivered as pre-cut, labelled components ready for on-site assembly. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is suitable access to the delivery address.


Delivery of Assembled Orders

Assembled staircases are larger and heavier than flat pack orders. Please ensure there is clear and safe access to the delivery address for larger items. If you have any concerns about access, contact us before placing your order and we can discuss your options.


What to Do When Your Order Arrives

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. Do not begin installation of damaged components.


Delivery Costs

Delivery to all Central Coast based postcodes is a flat rate of $150.00. Outside of the Central Coast is quoted and charged for separate to order costs.
